I was reminded of beauty and freedom by what I liked on Instagram.
It sounds ridiculous and trivial at first glance, especially from a business woman –the norm is that in an effort to find more followers naturally, that I like photos of those who may be potential followers, in hopes that they follow me back. Well, I don't do that.
I straight up, genuinely really like the photos I take the time to hit the heart. And what happens when I do that? I have a beautiful cornucopia of visuals that speak to me on all levels. It's a curated wonderland of all things I find beautiful and relevant. It has become an unintentional vision board in the making. I visited what I liked, because I was looking for a specific image (don't even remember what now), and that's when I fell in love with every photo, especially fell hard with how the photos told one big story—the story of what I adore, expressions of me. Total fashion loving, spiritual loving, punk rock loving, adventure loving, beautiful places and spaces loving, word loving, happy loving. I was surprised by the curation and how it all fit together.
Now, I take a few minutes everyday to soak it all in—a visual rendering of total beauty and amazingness.
What have you created unintentionally?
Happy writing and happy living!
