I'm so full of it...
Bliss. I've declared this my word. It floats around and continues to pop out more than joy, love, excitement—bliss encompasses everything. It feels like a perfect state, because it is. Nothing outside of me needs to change in order for me to feel bliss, and I'm getting pretty good at feeling it no matter what. I can stay in tune with the whole of me, the authentic me with ease. I still feel negative emotions and encounters, but I can acknowledge these moments for what they are—the catalyst to moving closer to what I want, back to a state of bliss.
You want the contrast and the moments that are challenging, so you can know what it feels like to feel amazing and feeling amazing the majority of the time is what it's all about. Bliss (or whatever your word is) is what you're supposed to be full of.
I am consciously focused on building the positive momentum of full appreciation for everything in my life (lots of gratitude and meditative journaling), and when this happens with little resistance, EVERYTHING is a point of fun and bliss. It's supposed to be freaking fun! Let's be blissed out together.
