Let Bliss Happen
Let your ultimate joy shine. There is no reason to feel bad, ever. I understand that difficult situations occur and that these happenings may give us pause, but it isn't because you deserve it, or you're being punished for wanting something more. We are so conditioned to believe we should remain small and okay with extreme difficulty. We hear the words: work harder, struggle, suffer, sacrifice. The problem with words like those is we internalize them to the point of believing if we do more and suffer more, we will ultimately be happier. I beg to differ. Begin with the bliss. Begin with the joy. Feel it in every moment. Express the gratitude for what you already have and already are. When you're in pure bliss, it is easier to navigate which way to turn. Work becomes fun. There is no suffering. "Problems" are solved with ease. Allow the joy and bliss before you take any action.
So, what makes you happy? Dancing? Laughing with friends? Playing with your kids at the park? Singing? Running? Writing (yes!)? Exploring new places? Watching really funny movies? Snuggling? All of the above? Okay, so now do more of it. Feel the bliss in everything that makes you happy and do more, and more, and more. Don't even worry about the dishes in the sink or the report you have to work on tomorrow. It'll all get done. Spend your time being that extremely happy person—you know the one that less than joyous people believe is nuts? Be the weird one who is smiling all the time. Worry about your joy and bliss. Your life changes immediately, and you know what I think about what other people think. It’s all about creating YOUR best life.
Be blissful in every moment.
