Write it out:

You are already worthy and deserving of everything you want. Write about the perfection in the most human sense of the word, not the negative way it has come to be known, of all that you already are. Love ALL parts of you. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:

Return to all that you feel appreciation for in your life and all around you. Don't try to force feeling appreciation for something that upsets you in anyway. Write about all of what is easy to appreciate. Let the momentum of those feelings build. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think of something you really want to experience or have and write about all of the ways it can come to you. Honor the good feelings you have around all of the possibilities. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
When you start to feel a negative emotion, accept that it is there. Then choose what you'd rather be feeling. There is no need to pretend that an emotion is or isn't there, but it is better to build the momentum of what is wanted rather than the unwanted. Write about it with ease and joy. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Practice loving yourself throughout the day (and always) by writing loving words to yourself. Keep doing it until you feel the positive momentum of love pouring through and out of you. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Remember that your "to do" list is not you. Create a "to be" list and imagine the best outcome. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
You are worthy of everything you want and desire. Know that and write about feeling your worthiness with love and joy. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Write about what you want with eagerness and joy. It just feels amazing to do so. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Feel the beauty of you. Write about the fact that you are already worthy and deserving of amazingness! ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Focus on appreciation and gratitude. Acknowledge all of the wonderful things working around you. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Write about something you want as if it has already happened. Allow yourself to sink into the feeling of already having what you want. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
What is an initiative you've been wanting to take that you feel will have a profound impact? What is your highest vision around this? What is a first step you can take to begin creating? ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
What are you fixated on controlling? What would happen if you released control? Honor your feelings as they emerge. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
What is something you'd like to focus on for the day? Perhaps you'd like to feel freedom or love. Or maybe you want focus on action. Whatever it is, write about it and envision it the way you want it to be. Allow yourself to feel it completely. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Write about one of your big dreams. When you write about it, focus only on the end result. Imagine that it is already done and what it will feel like to have it accomplished. Revel in the good feeling of it all. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Don't emotionally tiptoe around your writing especially in your first draft. We need to connect to stories and feel less alone. Show your reader that it's glorious to be human.

Write it out:
Tell the story the way you want it to be. Create your highest vision of what you really want. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Set your intention for the week by embracing the day with acceptance, eagerness, and love. Write about how good it feels to expect good things to happen. ‪#‎BeYou‬

Writing tip:
Your passion for writing comes before any rules. Let you love of the written word be your guide. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about being at peace. What gives you the biggest feeling of peace? How do you bring into your existence? ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Spend at least 15-30 minutes a day just writing anything. This takes the pressure off of believing you must be working on something specific in order to write, and it returns you to the pleasure of writing just because.‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about whatever the heck you want to write about.

Write it out:
Write about kindness to yourself. How do you express it? What do you do to show compassion to all parts of you? How can you keep giving yourself more? ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Write only about what you feel extreme appreciation for. Let the love fill you up. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Think of a time you said yes to something. Tap into the feeling of how awesome it felt to say yes and to proceed in the knowing of how you said yes to your highest self in that moment. What did it lead to? Did it lead to more amazingness? Keep building the momentum of how great it felt.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Practice writing about everyday occurrences with as much detail as possible. It doesn't have to be long nor do you have to spend a large amount of time doing so -- this practice reminds you that not all writing has to be extreme conflict and / or drama. It is a reminder that the everyday is worthy of being a part of beautiful writing. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Just write about love, lots of it. Embrace love fully and completely. Fill up your page and fill up yourself with the healing power of love. It's so good, right? ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Write the way you want always. Your voice emerges when you find your own groove and rhythm. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Think of an area of your life where you continuously think negatively and / or have limited beliefs. Write what it is you want to believe and think about this area of your life. Practice the better feeling thoughts around this subject often. Pivot to these thoughts when you find yourself drifting to the old versions of this subject. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Create a main character with depth: highs, lows, imperfections, beauty. Allow your main character to be more than a two dimensional hero of his / her own story. No person, no matter how good, is all one sided. Let's see as much of your character as possible. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write your life the way you want it to be. No need to keep rehashing what isn't working. Create a new story. Start with a clean slate. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
It is feeling a lot like spring today! Write about renewal and joy and bliss and having fun. Keep what you write near and dear in everything you do today.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:

Write about what it would feel like to truly react and behave in ways that only provides nourishment for your best self. Honor through your writing that you always have a choice as to how to process anything that is going on around you. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Write your heart out. Don't compare what you do to another. If it feels right, it is right. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write only about something you feel extreme joy and love for. Let's create the momentum of feeling really awesome! ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Write about giving up the struggle. What would everything look like if you just let it all be? ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Turn off your inner critic by just delving into the writing. Remember why you write and honor that feeling before writing. It makes for a much smoother process. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
What makes you feel completely connected and alive? Write about that and allow yourself to feel it as you write. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Think of a smell that you associate with a certain memory or person and write about it. If you can find access to the actual smell, take a good whiff and write away. Smell is an instant memory trigger. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about how well you want this day to unfold. Expect good things to happen and write it the way you really want it to be. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
There are times you just have to write without any direction and trust that your words will have meaning. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Set your intentions for what you want. Focus on the endless possibilities of how it all can arrive. Make it fun and be excited about everything. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Carve out the space to ask for what you really want without reserve or hesitation. You are allowed to want whatever it is you desire. Write it. Claim it. Watch for the unfolding in positive expectation. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Write what resonates with you. Don't write what you think will work because others say it will. Write what works for you. Write as honestly as you know how. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Let it go part 2. Yesterday we focused on letting go of that which no longer serves us. Time to let go of more of that today. Be loving and kind as you do. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Let your style come through naturally. Trying really hard to be clever every sentence may be disruptive to your style (unless that really is your style).‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write a letter to the old parts of you that you've been hanging onto for no other reason than it's what you've known for quite sometime. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Pour your heart out. Don't hold back when writing. Revising is the time to pull back and mold into something else if necessary. Be transparent and bold while drafting. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Envision your day going awesomely well. Create this and feel it completely.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Don't be so hard on yourself if the words feel closed off. Relax and know that they always return. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about standing in your own power and self worth. Know that YOU get to decide whether or not someone or something bothers you. It doesn't matter what another person does or doesn't do -- it only matters how you choose to feel and react. Write about your best self and what you desire.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Play around with stringing a sentence together without worrying about meaning. Listen for the rhythm that emerges when you create in this manner. You may be surprised at what you write. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Attitude of gratitude. Mondays are the most perfect and amazing day to be appreciative of everything you have. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
You have poetic license. You get to break the rules as you see fit to serve your writing. You can break convention or stick with it. It's your choice.‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about something that fully excites you. It can be something that is currently creating excitement or something that you felt excited for in the past. Really feel the excitement as you write. Milk the good feeling for as long as you can. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
What makes you crazy and insanely happy every time you think of it? Write about that and appreciate how awesome it is to feel this joyous. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
If you are feeling overwhelmed with a longer project and don't know where to start, take one tiny idea within the project and just build upon that. Even if you only get a paragraph or less in, you have still worked on it. Appreciate all of the steps it takes to create your work, no matter how big or small.‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write a love letter to life. Let's celebrate all of its glory and beauty. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Focus on everything you feel appreciation for. It crowds out worry and lack.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Take a tough situation and write about what you have learned from it. There is always a lesson. Honor it -- it is part of your expansion. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
If pressed for time, give yourself a definitive short word count, anywhere from 100 words to 600 words and let that be what guides you. Choose a favorite line or favorite word and let that be your starting point, if you have nothing you are already working on. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write all of the ways you put yourself at ease. What makes you feel peace and calm? Remember that you can carry these feelings with you at any moment. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
No advice is better than just begin. There is no one way to start, just take a breath and start. Let the journey take you wherever it may. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Consider something that has been bothering you. What is the best out one that you want from the resolution? In your writing, focus only on what the best outcome is and how you will feel. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
Mondays are a perfect day to return to writing about what you feel appreciation for. ‪#‎BeYou‬

Write it out:
Write about your creative process. Allow yourself to really feel how awesome it is to know that you have a routine that unfolds for you. ‪#‎BeYou‬‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
As you progress in working on a longer piece, you may notice that many of the ideas you had in the beginning are no longer relative to what is now emerging. Know that this is normal and perfectly okay. If you like what you've written, you can save it for another piece at a later date. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write a love letter to all of the world and universe. #BeYou ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Writing is for you. Don't make it about anything else until much later. It's supposed to be great! ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write the sweetest love letter to yourself. You deserve your love, too!‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
There are a million things pulling you in all directions, but just like going to the gym, you choose to make it a priority. Writing is no different. Carve out at least fifteen minutes a day in the beginning to write. Work your way up to more. Don't overthink it. Just write. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write a love letter to someone you feel you've lost. Don't hold back. Say everything you've ever wanted to say and more. You can decide after you've written it, whether or not you want to send it. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Increase flow by taking a mindfulness break (whatever mindful means to you). When you sit down to write and feel overwhelmed, you are making it harder to write with ease. Take the time to relax and center. Then sit down to write. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
If you are feeling tense about anything, choose to write about the reason why without dwelling on it. Honor what it is and gain the clarity you need to let it go. Write about how you feel and what you want to feel as you let it go.‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
If you know you aren't going to have much time to write, try writing something that is very short and packed with emotion (a poem or something that you don't have to label). Write about whatever moves you quickly and just let it be. You can return to it later to add more if you want.‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Write about anything that comes to mind (free write), but be sure to return to appreciation and love. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Writing tip:
Create a list of at least ten major life events in which you have experienced. This way when you need something to write about, you can just glance at your list for inspiration. ‪#‎writing‬

Write it out:
Think of a big decision you'd like to make. Write only loving words towards what you want and expect the best outcome in while writing. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Write to yourself feelings of appreciation and honor. You are where you are and know that no matter what, that is a perfect place. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Write in a different genre than what you are accustomed for fun. It's good to stretch the limits of what you know. #writing

Write it out:
Write about beliefs that you've automatically held for most of your life. Why do you believe them? Is there something you would rather believe? #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
If you aren't feeling emotional while writing, chances are your reader won't feel it either. Be transparent and as open as you know how. #writing

Write it out:
Return to gratitude. Focus on gratitude for the big life lessons that have shaped your vision of who you are. Give those lessons the love they deserve, no matter how difficult the lessons. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Keep a journal, especially if you write memoir. Going back to read what was going on during a particular time period is invaluable material for the creation of personal narratives. #writing

Write it out:
Be bold in writing about what you want to experience and achieve in life. Don't hold back. Really allow yourself to experience how awesome it is to have and do what you want. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Spend some time creating what you consider perfect sentences. Don't worry whether or not these sentences lead anywhere. Just have a good time playing with form and the stringing of beautiful words. #writing

Write it out:
Consider something big that you want in your life. Begin thinking of all of the ways that it CAN happen. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Find a writing accountability partner, just like an exercise or diet partner. Go to cafes together and write. Keep each other on track. #writing

Write it out:
Write the kindest, most loving words to yourself. Revel in the awesomeness that is you. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Remember that there is a variety of genres and writing styles out there, just like there is in any art. If you can avoid comparing yourself to every single writer in every genre, you can find YOUR voice with much more ease. #writing

Write it out:
Write about all of the things that you accomplished this week, no matter how big or small. It's good to remind ourselves of what is going well. #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
Everyone has a different process for getting into the flow of writing and creating. Play around with various ways of allowing the writing to flow through you. Do something, prior to writing, that empties your mind of all of the bogus expectations that you have internalized from others or have placed on yourself. Creation is a freeing experience, not a chore. #writing

Write it out:
Write positive and loving affirmations towards your body. Take the focus off of the negative reinforcement that so many of us do without thinking. Write about how great it feels when your body... #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Free write your way to a really awesome feeling. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about one thing that you really want to do today that you know will make you feel really good. Hint: after writing about it, actually do it! #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
Feeling stuck? Read for inspiration. Read something that you know will get you feeling creative once again. #writing

Write it out:
Write about an area in your life that you've neglected and need / want to tend. Focus on how you can lovingly give it the care and attention needed to thrive.#BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
If feeling overwhelmed with subject matter, make a quick list of what you know you want to write. Then, get out of your head and do something non-writing related. Give yourself the time to regroup. #writing

Write it out:
Write about how you can tune out what the rest of the world believes you should think. Consider the media you consume and the people you spend the most time with. How can you stand firm, with joy, in what you believe is best for you? #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Just because you may have not written in a while, it doesn't mean that you are no longer a writer. Shed the ridiculous idea that you have to live up to a label or an ideal of what it means to be a writer. Do you like writing? Then you are one. #writing

Write it out:
Where do you feel happiest? At home? On vacation? The mountains? Where? Describe what it feels like to be there and let yourself really feel like you're there right now. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Sometimes the setting feels like a character. Treat the setting with the same love and attention you give to characters. Let us feel what it is like to be a part of it. If it is a real place, make (accurate) references to restaurants, streets, etc. #writing

Write it out:
It's Sunday! Write about whatever you want, but keep it positive in scope. Make this Sunday relaxing and awesome! #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Make writing part of your morning or evening routine. Write about anything. Just make it a habit. #writing

Write it out:
Write about two fun things you'd like to do during the weekend. Then, make the plans to do them. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about love and freedom. Let it carry you through the day. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Write some simple ways you can feel more connected to a loved one. Think about moments in the past of how easy it was to just be present while spending time with the other person. How can you continue to create these moments?

Writing tip:
Pay attention to what is happening all around you. Take a mental note or a physical note of anything you find interesting. You can use any of these ideas as a starting point for writing anytime you need an extra push. #writing

Write it out:
Write about the most exhilarating and exciting thing (or person) you can think of. Go into as much detail as possible as to why and how you feel this way.#BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Set the timer for ten minutes and free write about any particular topic you choose. Just let it flow into whatever it may be. This allows you to create without caring what will happen. You may be pleasantly surprised...

Write it out:
Only write about gratitude and appreciation this morning. It sets the tone for the entire day. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Don't hold back in your writing. Let it be honest and filled with emotion. You can always trim it during revision, but initially let it all hang out. #writing

Write it out:
Only focus on your love and appreciation for what you already have flowing in your life, and focus on the appreciation and love you have for everything you are creating and wanting to come to you. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
There are so many ways to indicate in time in a piece of writing without explicitly saying that it is such and such day and such and such year (of course, that is perfectly acceptable as well). You can describe time through the clothes people wear and through the use of allusion, specifically in reference to something time specific (like a song from 1982). Make it interesting and have fun with it! #writing

Write it out:
This is the day to get on with it. Write about all of things that you've been hanging onto and let them float away. Then, write about what you want and how you want to feel. Take one step today to do both of those. #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
If you are ever feeling blocked, take a break. Go on a walk. Take a shower. Meditate. Dance. Do something that allows your brain a rest. Once you do this, ideas generate naturally. #writing

Write it out:
What would you do differently if you treated this day as the best day of your life? How would you feel? What would you do? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Free write. Just honor whatever comes up for you and let it go through writing.#BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
If working on a bigger piece, make a list of everything you'd like to include in the piece. Then, choose one item from the list that feels strongest and begin writing there. Return to the list when needed to continue writing. You may not use everything once it's done, but at least you have a working map towards an end goal. #writing

Write it out:
Write about your dream vacation as if you are there right now. Just feel how good it feels to be there. Let your imagination soar! #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Never worry about form or structure or whether it is good or not when you are free writing and journaling. Allow your thoughts to flow just as they are without judgment or sensor. #writing

Write it out:
It's time to write a love letter to the most important person in your life: YOU! Really tell yourself how much love and appreciation you feel. #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
Find a writing partner to exchange ideas and work with in order to get and give feedback. Be sure your partner is someone you feel connected with as far as style. The idea is to continue shaping your craft. Be sure your writing partner can tell you the specifics of what is working and what needs more work.#writing

Write it out:
Focus on appreciation and love. There are so many things and people to appreciate at any given time. Let the emotion of it all fill you completely.#BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Think of free writing as a warm-up exercise. You are stretching your writing muscles and building up to more writing. Free writing allows you to tap into flow and keeps you practiced. Make it as natural as eating and sleeping.#writing

Write it out:
Pick a subject in which you feel stuck. Write about it with the intention to let it go completely. As always, do it with love and compassion. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Continue to release what you don't want to carry with you into this new year. Do it with love and compassion for it has served a purpose and provided opportunity for growth and expansion. Then delve into what you do want with excitement, love, and faith. #BeYou #writeitout

Writing tip:
Break down bigger projects into smaller tasks once you have a good idea of where you want to go with it. This doesn't mean that you can't go above and beyond what you have set out to accomplish. Breaking everything down into smaller tasks like how many pages you write a day, or working on creating a sense of time, or creating well-rounded characters takes the pressure off of getting it all in place during the initial stages of writing (of course, you are working on all of these items and more simultaneously, but this helps you go further). #writing

Write it out:
Write about something you want to happen this year and imagine all of the fun ways it can come to you. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Spend some time really feeling gratitude and appreciation for all that you have and all that you are. Carry these feelings with you throughout all of the year.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write only from the heart what you want more of this year. Write it as if it is already done. Read this list everyday and allow yourself to feel this as if it is in place. Repeat when needed. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
As this year draws to a close, it is time to reflect on what big events and changes happened this year and what it means for you. What can you take with you into the new year? What is it you must leave behind? #BeYou#writeitout

Writing tip:
Create a character who is completely against everything you believe to be true in your own life. Let this character be as three dimensional as possible and have fun creating this person. #writing

Write it out:
Write New Year's resolutions that come from the heart. Focus on the joy that you imagine you'd feel from creating what is on your list. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Consider areas in your life that you'd like to expand. Come from the knowing that there is nothing to fix. There is only expansion and opening. Write about these areas with love and compassion and continue to imagine what it feels like to expand. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about something that makes you gloriously happy every time you think of it. Write about it continuously in order to build the momentum of feeling that good. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
This is a beautiful and optimal time to write about intentions, the kind that come straight from the heart and intuitive thinking. This is not a pros and cons list -- that is from the mind and not the best way to get to where you want to be. Choose one thing to focus on that you really want and list all of the positive feelings and attributes associated with it. How do you imagine it'll make you feel? How can you begin feeling that way right now before you get what you want? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Clear out the old and replace it with anything that feels nourishing and loving. Write your way into release. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about ways in which you can enact a self-care plan over the holidays. Remember that you do not have to be all things to all people. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Consider something in your life that you may have difficulty accepting. What would happen if you acknowledged it with compassion and began to let it go?#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
How can you allow more feelings of love to wash over you? Write about how all exchanges and interactions with anyone can be seen as a form of love.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Today, in light of the events of the world -- actually in light of the well being of you, write about love. As you're focusing on all kinds of love, let it radiate through you, around you, and everywhere. Feel the love as you write only thoughts about love. Love is expansive. Love has not limitations or "buts". Love encompasses everything. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write 5 to 10 statements today that reinforce something you want and write those statements as if you already have them. For example, "I am healthy." Make sure the statements are written in present tense and only contain the most positive words. Read the statements over at least 3 times today when you need a break. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Consider some ways that you would like to give to others. To be of service and to give without expectation can feel really good. Write one or two ways you'd like to give in small or big ways. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
How are you awakening? How are you honoring who you are? What are some of the fears that come up as you move into authenticity? It's okay that you're having fears. Acknowledge that you have them (if you do). Just keep writing your way to the truest version of who you are. It is an amazing place to be.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Free write today. The first thought that comes to mind is where you should start. Let it be whatever it is. Happy Saturday! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What do you love? Who do you love? What do you love to experience? Write about all of it and really honor how much love you feel. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
There is so much love all around you. Practice writing self-love. Consider something that may be upsetting you and comfort yourself through writing. Tell yourself, "I love you." Write what it is like to give yourself hugs and to fully support all of you. Write these messages of care and love to yourself until you feel at peace and fully loved. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about the some things you're doing in your life or how you came to the decision to do them. When you made the decision were you absolutely sure? Or did you have to think about it for too long? Which way do you think works best? An immediate hell yes? Or thinking it over? Remember no judgment.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Take this time to write yourself into a meditative and calm state. What are some if the feelings you'd like to experience while writing in this state? Add some gratitude in there that cultivates those feelings. Keep doing it until you're feeling everything you desire. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about at least two people and / or things / happenings that you love fully. Describe in as much detail all of the ways that you feel this love. Carry it in your heart for the rest of the day. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write only about anything pertaining to joy and gratitude. Let it wash over you as you write about it. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about something fun you'd like to experience this weekend! It is completely time to let yourself have some fun! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Consider how you decide to try something new. What gets you to do it? Do you imagine what the experience will feel like? Do you plan it out? Do you take one step and then another? What works best with as little fear as possible? Remember that the process is enjoyable too. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about 3-5 ways (or more) that you can begin or continue to love yourself more than you do now. Perhaps as a way to begin, consider the ways you don't treat yourself well. How can you change that? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about something you know that you don't want -- something that continues to come up, and you are aware that you want to change it. Write the opposite of that. What is it that you want that is opposite of what you don't want. Go with what makes you feel better as you're writing what you do want.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write down something that you really want. Then write the reasons why you're scared to go after it or do it. After you are done writing, go through each reason / fear and write its complete opposite -- the positive side of it. Make sure it's super positive without freaking you out. For example, if you wrote that you're afraid to do something because you fear you'll suck at it, write that you are fully capable of learning how to do something new. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Let's return to gratitude and blessings. List and describe 20 things that you are grateful for. Be sure to only count the positive. Don't write a gratitude with a "but" at the end. There is no need to drag in any doubt or negativity into something you feel appreciation for. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Just write. If you've been thinking about something often the last few days, just write. Do not concern yourself with form or structure or where to begin. Just write and let it be whatever it is. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What is something you feel like you need help with? Write about the process in which you ask for help. Is it easy for you or do you struggle with it? If it is difficult, why? What feelings come up when you think of asking? If it's easy, why (and share with us!!)? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Consider something that you are possibly feeling guilty about or beating yourself up for or feeling like you should've done something that you didn't. Why are you feeling bad about it? How can you shift the way you look at this so you can let go of this guilt or feeling like you "should"? Honor where you are with love. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Observe your body for a few moments. Is there a pain or a tightness in any area? If so, begin to write about the pain / uncomfortable area without trying to wish it away. Just notice how it feels and what it is trying to tell you. Keep writing until it takes you to what is causing the pain. Write long enough to feel relief. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Choose a moment where you felt nothing but ecstatic. Write about it. How did you get into such a state of bliss? Really feel this as you're writing. When you're done, carry this feeling with you throughout the day at every moment. Return to this feeling if you begin to feel anything else. Let it be your guide throughout the day. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Return to gratitude and experience joy. Write about every single thing you are grateful for. I guarantee you'll automatically feel better. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Last weekend, I caught myself speaking a lie. It wasn't intentional, but it was a story I was saying out loud that I realized was just a bunch of excuses to not take action. I was scared. Take a few moments to consider something you've done this week that you've created a story around and made excuses for not doing. Write about one and honor the reasons why you've done it and begin writing about honestly about whatever is going on. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Try writing about something that you never talk about. Perhaps it can be something you find risqué or uncomfortable or even something you just haven't thought about in a long time. You can even try writing it in a new form like a poem, if you don't normally write poetry. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
It is important to continue releasing the things, ideas, and people in your life that no longer serve you. Pick one thing today that you'd like to release and write about how this has served you up until now. Write about it with love and honor everything that comes up. Release it. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Take one thing about yourself that you would like to change and write only loving words towards what you want to change. Don't write about why it is a problem. Only give love to what you want to change. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What do you find beautiful? Is it something you see or hear or something else entirely? Write about how you feel when you experience your version of beauty. How can you bring that feeling with you?

Write it out:
Consider where you are on your journey. It can be a journey of any kind, but one that feels important. Are you where you want to be on this path? If so, what is it you're doing that makes this possible? If not, what do you think is holding you back? Honor wherever you are and consider how you can grow even more. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think of a person you consider to be lucky. What makes you believe this person is lucky? Why? Think about the ways this person is so. What qualities does this person possess that you admire or what do you think this person does differently than everyone else? Examine how you can make yourself this lucky as well. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Since it's Saturday, let's write about something positive and uplifting. Think of one person, place, or thing that you find extremely beautiful and write about that beauty. Carry that description around with you all day (or longer). #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
What are some of the areas in which you feel like you can't make any progress? Why? Do you create a list of reasons as to why you may feel stuck? Examine why you may create those reasons and how hanging on to them may keep you from progressing. Be honest and loving with yourself. Things won't change unless you are willing to deal with the blocks. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What are some of the activities and happenings in life that you tell yourself you are too young for or too old for? Write about why you tell yourself this. Where did you learn it? Do you really believe it deep down? Explore what would happen if you allowed the space for believing you are the perfect age for any activity. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about a time you felt completely joyous without thought -- complete happiness and delight that was automatic. Write about it. Why were you do happy? Was there anything about the way you were thinking at the time that helped propel you into this state? How can you take those feelings and bring them into the now? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Do you find yourself downplaying who you are with self-deprecating comments or deflection of recognition or praise. What are you trying to avoid by doing this? What are you seeking from this behavior? Honor it. Do not judge yourself. Just examine possibly why. Also, write about how you can shift these thoughts with a thank you and self-love. What will it feel like to do that instead? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Consider what your idea of freedom is. Not what you have been told, but what you really feel it may be. Perhaps you are unsure and that is okay. Explore the meaning in writing. Do not try to fit it into a category. Let it be and let it go everywhere you feel it goes. Really allow yourself to be open to all of the meanings that may or may not appear. If you feel confident that you know what freedom is to you, explore some of the ways you can get to a place of freedom more consistently than on occasion. Honor everything. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Choose a negative thought that you have repetitively. I want you to write about it with compassion and love. You do not need to judge the thought or where you are at. Give this negativity the love it deserves. While you are writing and loving this thought, pay attention o what comes up. Does the negativity begin to dissipate? Do you become more focused on the "negative" emotion? Is this feeling a protective layer from fear or ego? Just honor whatever it is, but continue feeding it love. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Take a look around you and within you. Notice where you are at right now and what you have created. Honor all of it. Pay particular attention to something that you feel is less than what you want (physically, mentally, or emotionally). Write about it with a focus on how it came to be. It started somewhere. Can you remember how it began? Were you happy in the beginning? What has changed since then? Honor all that comes up and be honest with yourself. There is no shame in honoring and acknowledging who you are and where you have been. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about 2-3 things that you feel you should be doing. List them. Then write about each one and why you feel you should be doing them. Once you are done writing, read what you have written. Pay attention to the why. Is the why coming from a place of authenticity? Or does the why sound like you are trying to take on the ideas of others? Whatever the reason is a reason to honor and celebrate who you are. Use what you discover as a starting off point to moving forward. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
How much guilt and shame do you carry? Think and write about as many instances as possible where you feel one or the other or both. Pick one or two that feels particularly strong. Examine how the guilt and / or shame is possibly triggered. What would happen if you choose to not feel guilt or shame? What are some possible ways you can choose a healthier response? #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
What's your next big move? You know, that one thing you ALWAYS think about. Write about it and focus only on all the ways you can make it happen. Only focus on the possibility and action of moving forward. #BeYou #writeitout

September 8, 2014

Take an idea you have that you feel strongly about taking the next step. Write about all of the ways in which you can begin fleshing out the idea and taking the first few steps. Getting started is the hardest. Write about how amazing it'll feel, even if you are scared, to begin that big idea! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Try free writing today. Start with the first thing that pops in your head and let it go wherever it may go. Use free writing as a way to discover and to go with the flow. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about a person who has been a source of difficulty for you. Write about (without filter) that person and your relationship. Let it all out. Then honor that you were able to purge some of the emotion of the relationship through the writing. If you feel calm, continue writing about the good aspects of the relationship and / or what purpose the relationship has served you. There is no shame in being who you are and in the life you have led. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Think about a place that you love to go in order to unwind. Write about what happens when you are in that space. Imagine you are there. Describe all of the feelings you are having by writing about it. Are you more relaxed? (I hope so!!) #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What do you compartmentalize? Do you keep you life in sections? Think about this and write about the reasons why you separate your life mentally (and possibly physically). What comes up? What purpose does this serve?#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about one thing you want. It can be anything at all. Imagine what it would feel like to already have it. Write about those feelings of having instead of wanting. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Take an emotion you are feeling right now or have been feeling lately and describe everything associated with that emotion without thinking about it too much. Just write what comes to mind, no matter what. Read it after you are done. Do you notice any patterns? What have you learned that you weren't aware of before? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Let's focus on gratitude again. You can never go wrong with writing this often! Write for five minutes about every single thing you're grateful for. There's so much! Write about the big and small things (like coffee! I love coffee!!!!). It's just going to make you feel so freakin awesome! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
It's the symbolic end of summer. Now is a good time to take inventory of what you really want and what you'd like to accomplish for the rest of the year or for fall. Write about ways you are completely happy with the way things are and write about some of the areas you would like to improve. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
It's Saturday! Let's express some joy. Think of something that has made you really happy this week. Write about it and appreciate it fully. Feel the joy all the way! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about an area or two where you feel blocked off. Write about as much of it as you can and just let the writing take you wherever it may go. When you are done, read what you have written to see possible reasons and causes as to why you are blocked and use what you have discovered to begin to unblock. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What are some of the ways in which you determine how people should or shouldn't be through the filter of your own experience without even realizing it? For example, what is it that you assume about someone who makes a good salary of $100k or more a year? Why do you think what you think? How can you begin to realize that all people have good / bad and ease / struggle?

Write it out:
What is something that you have always wanted to learn to do, but haven't? Write about how you imagine you would feel and gain after learning this new skill / subject, etc. Write about why you keep putting it off. Extra credit: GO DO IT!!!  #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write one thing you want in life. What's your biggest dream? Write about why you want this and how you imagine your life will be once you achieve this. Let yourself think big. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Let's return to writing about gratitude. Instead of creating a numerical list, you will write for five to ten minutes about EVERYTHING you are grateful for. Keep the writing sustained for the time limit and think of all of the awesomeness all around you. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about a new endeavor that you have taken on in the past or are currently in process of doing. How do you approach it? Do you think of all of the reasons why it's going to be difficult? Do you focus on all of the things that can go wrong? If so, why? What happens when you focus on the positive? Explore this through writing. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
For those of you in a relationship and for those of you wanting one, what is it you most want in a partnership? What is it that makes a fantastic and amazing connection? Write about all of the ways you already experience this type of relationship with your partner and without? How can you create this level of love with another and with yourself? Hint: your self-love has to be in full effect in order to create your best partnership. It does take two, but it starts with you!#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Create a list of "I can..." I can apply for my dream job. I can ask that guy out on a date, etc. Throw out all of the doubts! What CAN you do? List at least ten items. Then DO it! I have faith in you! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about a time you've felt overwhelmed or panicked. Describe that time in as much detail as possible. Why is it you were at that point? Remember to love yourself while writing this. Do not judge. Begin to examine what you can to do differently to prevent the feeling of overwhelm and panic. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Take a few minutes to think about the craziest, most put there thing you can think of that you want to happen in your life. Write it on a piece of paper all by itself. Take that paper and put it somewhere you can see it with ease everyday. Read it everyday at least once. Revisit the level of "crazy" in a couple of weeks. Might not seem so crazy once you start believing it. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Examine some of the ways you judge. We all do it or have done it based on fears, the unknown, conditioning. Why do you judge? What purpose does it serve you? What would happen if you stopped this behavior? #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Consider a time when you feel like you needed to reach out to someone for help or comfort, but chose not to. Why? What was it that you felt like would happen if you did reach out? Really pay attention to what you're feeling while you write. And explore the connection(s) of those feelings with what it is you need. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
How do you take time for yourself? Do you schedule it? Do you wait until you're exhausted? What do you do to take care of you fully? Explore this through writing today as honestly as possible. What can you do to make sure that you are always taking the best care of yourself? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What is the story you tell yourself to remain exactly where you are? The story that can get you stuck in the same repetitive behavior that gets you nowhere? Chances are you have one or more stories like this. On our journeys to the self, it is important to uncover these stories without judgment, without fear. Be open and begin to write about at least one of them. If you don't know what any of them are, ask a friend you trust to help you out. These stories are a guide to release. Write about them and begin to let them go. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about today as the first day of your life. How will you begin? Don't think about what actually is at this moment -- throw all of that out. How would you live your life TODAY? What will you do? Write about it all with no filter. Just let it all go where it needs to. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about why you write. It is always fantastic to remind ourselves why we do something we love. ‪#‎BeYou‬ ‪#‎writeitout‬

Write it out:
It's about time we write a love letter to anyone, romantic or not. Really express what the person means to you and how much you love the person. If you're scared, you don't have to send it, but it's important to write. Actually, if you're scared, it is in your best interest to send it and allow yourself the space for vulnerability. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about something that has bothered you for much of this week. We all have something we tend to obsess over. Write about it in as much detail as possible and then let it go. Begin to let it go as you're writing about it. Let it dissipate. We make our problems much bigger than they need be. Let it go.#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about a person or place that you really love. Describe in as much detail why you love the person or place. How do you feel? How do you know? Where does the love come from? Pay attention to the way you love. Look at what you wrote -- how can you take those same feelings and apply them to other areas of your life? You can start out simply by really loving the food you eat today. Create love everywhere. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Today's writing exercise is more of a reminder of the benefits of writing. What you choose to write afterwards is totally up to you.

My beautiful best friend of 33 years texted me yesterday and said that she wrote it out on a break at work and that she didn't feel any anxiety and worry (I'm paraphrasing). This is why writing is so awesome! We read stories about the neuroses of writers, that they have dread or some crazy hangups about writing -- well, that may be true. However, I am aware that most writers all say they MUST write. It is the only way they make sense. This is why I write. This is why I created Write for Healing. I want to bring to you and as many people possible the benefits of writing to improve the quality of our collective lives. There are days when my brain is all over the place and I have trouble even starting to write, but those are the days I need it the most. I begin, no matter what. By the time I've written for 5-10 minutes, I have quieted my mind and body and am at peace. No other practice has the same effect as writing does for me.

Please write today whatever it is you need most to make sense of. Love and honor yourself through the process. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about some of the ways you limit yourself. Do you not apply for a job because you think you aren't fully qualified? Do you decline invitations to go out all of the time? Do you make excuses? We all have been stuck in limiting beliefs. Write about at least one that you know you do all of the time. What need has it served? What would happen if you no longer did or believed this?#BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Write about the first thing that comes to mind. No judgment or overthinking. Just start writing whatever comes up and let it go to wherever it needs. Know that it is a joy to discover and explore all parts of you. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Pay attention to the thoughts you have for about an hour (or more). What kind of self-talk do you create? What thoughts run through your head continuously? Begin to write some of this talk down. Then begin replacing the negative talk with positive talk. Write it down. For example, if you hear, "I'm not good enough," replace it with, "I am good enough." Start retraining your brain by doing this regularly. It is not normal to suffer and experience pain all of the time. We get to choose how we feel. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What does love mean to you? How do you know? How does it make you feel? Write about ALL of it -- as much love as you know! Let it pour out on the page(s)! Honor love by writing about it! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Take a look around you. Look at your home, friends, environment, everything that surrounds you. What do you see? Is it what you want? Is it a reflection of your best self? Is it where you want to be? If it is, awesome! Write about all of that beauty and abundance! If it isn't, why isn't it? Do not judge any of it. Just explore and honor all parts of what you uncover. We are always growing and shifting and it is good to know what we have created around us. #BeYou#writeitout

Write it out:
Think about something that you can't stop thinking about. It can be small or big -- anything. Something that you've thought about for days, weeks, months, years. Write about all of it. Begin to examine why you're always thinking about this. I'm sure you'll learn and uncover so much! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
What are you putting on hold? Why? What will happen if you decide not to put it on hold? Consider these questions and write out all of the answers that appear. Do not hold back or judge. Just write. Take one of those items you've been putting on the back burner and just do it! Deal with what comes up when it comes up. #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
How can your inner light show? How do you feel when it is in full force? Write about all of the ways you are completely rockin and in the zone when all of your light is showing. Really let that feeling stay with you and just enjoy the beauty of it all! How awesome is that?! #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
When you're out today, pay attention to your surroundings. Notice the dynamics of body language and the way people who you do not know interact. Pick one interaction that stands out to you. Write about what you believe was occurring and let the writing take you to wherever it goes. Once you are done writing, what did you notice? Did the people you observe bring up something for you? #BeYou #writeitout

Write it out:
Think about some adventures that you'd like to experience. Write about all of the ways you'd feel if you were take those adventures. Probably feel great, right? Now write about all of the ways you can create those awesome feelings without going far or without going anywhere at all. Think along the lines of chair forts and camping in the backyard. Let your adventurer show! #BeYou#writeitout
